Kelly completed undergraduate education at the University of Utah in 2001. Upon completion of his undergraduate degrees, Kelly attended Gonzaga University School of Law, in Spokane, Washington. In 2005, Kelly graduated with honors, and received his Juris Doctorate, after which Kelly joined the Law Offices of Seal & Kennedy.
Kelly is currently licensed to practice law in both Utah and Wyoming. Kelly is a member of the Estate Planning Section, Elder Law Section, and Business Section, of the Utah State Bar and the Estate Planning Section of the Wyoming State Bar.
Since beginning to practice law, Kelly has drafted numerous estate plans, of both a simple and complex nature. Kelly also has extensive experience in probate, guardianships, pre-nuptial agreements, forming and organizing small businesses, drafting contracts, commercial real estate matters, and many other areas of the law.
