​In December of 2017, Jerry retired from the practice of law, in order to spend more time with his wife Joleene, his children and grand children, and to make more time for fishing and other outdoor activities he enjoys.  Jerry turned his legal practice over to his son Kelly, who has been with the firm since 2005.
